Terms of Sale and License

These terms apply to HandyBar, a downloadable macOS utility sold by Conses LLC.

Product

HandyBar is arm64-only desktop software for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later. It provides a persistent bar for Spaces, windows, launcher actions, a temporary file stash, clock detail, and lightweight performance context.

Price and payment

The HandyBar license is a US$19 one-time purchase. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Stripe Checkout processes the payment and displays available payment methods based on your region and device.

Trial terms

Trial access, when available, lets you evaluate HandyBar before purchase. Trial access does not create recurring billing and does not charge you unless you choose to complete Stripe Checkout.

License scope

A paid license allows perpetual use of the purchased major release on one active Mac at a time. Device replacement is supported through the activation flow when you move to a new Mac.

Updates

The purchase includes two years of app updates from the license start date. After the update window ends, the license continues to work with versions covered by the license unless it has been refunded, revoked, or used in violation of these terms.

Delivery

The app download is available from the website. After successful Checkout payment, the license is fulfilled for the email used at checkout and can be activated or recovered inside the app.

Restrictions

You may not resell license keys, share a license as a public credential, bypass activation limits, use the software for unlawful activity, or attempt to interfere with licensing, update, or payment systems.

Availability and export

HandyBar is available only where Stripe Checkout, Apple platform requirements, and applicable laws allow. Purchases can be refused, refunded, or revoked when required by sanctions, export controls, fraud prevention, or payment-network rules.

Refunds and cancellation

HandyBar is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Refund conditions are described in the refund, delivery, and cancellation policy.
